Routine web operations can collect technical information such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate device or network information. This resource is not a court database and does not invite visitors to submit case files, protected identifiers, or sensitive personal information through its content pages.

Public Court Information

Michigan Court Rule 8.119 governs public trial-court records, while MCR 1.109 protects personal identifying information in court materials. Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., applies to county public-body records rather than replacing the judicial-record access rule. Official court clerks, not this resource, decide access to their records.

Third-Party Services

Pages may link to official Michigan, county, city, federal, or search-provider sites. Those services have their own privacy terms. A third-party search tool is not controlled by this resource, and a visitor should review the provider’s policy before supplying information or using paid services.

Record Privacy

Do not publish or send full Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, dates of birth, juvenile information, medical information, or other protected details. MiCOURT exclusions and court access rules can limit public display of sensitive cases. Official access questions belong with the appropriate court clerk.
